This page explains what information Tidy Cleaning Co. collects when you request a quote, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, city or area, the service you’re interested in, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and how often you’d like a clean.
If you choose to provide them, we also collect your phone number, a preferred date, any extras you select, and anything you write in the additional details box. We don’t ask for a full street address at the inquiry stage.
Why we use it
We use this information to prepare your quote, to contact you about it, and to agree the details of a clean if you decide to go ahead.
We don’t use your inquiry details for marketing unless you have asked us to.
Who receives it
Your inquiry is received by Tidy Cleaning Co. It is delivered through our website’s form service, which processes the information on our behalf.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share your inquiry details with any other organizations.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for 12 months so we can respond to you and refer back to your quote. If you become a customer, we keep the information we need for as long as we provide services to you and for up to two years afterwards.
You can ask us to delete your inquiry details at any time.
